Training Plan Consultation

If you are self-coached we are now offering consultations on a variety of different topics.

​

Consultations can take up to 60 mins and can be in person, on the phone or video. We can cover the following subjects and more:

​

  • Swimming, biking and running

  • Training volumes and intensity

  • Return to Triathlon after injury

  • Weekly schedule and planning

  • Training with power and heart rate monitor

  • Sprint, Olympic, Half and Ironman program overviews
